What is online nutrition/coaching?
Online coaching is a form of personal training provided through digital platforms rather than in-person sessions; this benefits clients as they can train at times best suited to them, and allows them to create their own routine. Using our online coaching platform comes with more ease than in person training, as all your resources are in one place. Your meal plans are uploaded for you, your gym routine is uploaded for you, and you are in constant communication with your own coach who will continually advise you through your fitness journey.
How do our meal plans work?
When you have completed your free consultation with one of our coaches, they will create a meal plan for you based on your individual needs. Our meal plans will list what specific food, what specific amounts, timings of meals, macronutrient amounts, micronutrient amounts, and total calories. As well as this we provide an app for you to record your food intake which gets automatically uploaded to your coach.
